Avimark autoprompt notes4/11/2023 ![]() ![]() PROSĪVImark software has really thought about it all! So much is available amongst its many features. Overall grade would be B-/C+ but certain feature can get actually attain a solid A. I appreciate the updates (though not automatic enough) but many of the CSRs need to communicate better or know "business" better. The fear of running updates because you will lose information or capabilities is real. There are too many windows and options to click through before a change is effected. There are a lot of useful aspects of the software but there are a lot of hoops to jump through to get there. Inventory management is great if the time is taken to set up properly. And when our IT people noticed this issue I contacted Covetrus (formerly HS) and they said the sales rep had left, it was a different company then, and there was nothing they could do about it. Speaking of servers, we were sold an outdated server by. I'm riding out the time until our server is near death before switching. ![]() If we didn't spend so much money on the hardware and software in the beginning of ownership we would have switched systems by now. Overall I've been underwhelmed with AVImark from the sale to implementation to support. ![]() There's also small issues like not being able to search a spouse's phone number to find a client. For example, the reminder system needs a full (hour long) update outside of business hours whenever we need to change something that seems minor. While some of the features are really helpful, there are some weird features that are very inconvenient. I'm then usually on the phone for extended periods of time. I often have to reach out to tech support to figure out how to fix something or add another feature. The schedule has infinite possibilities for organization, so we can customize it what works best for our clinic, and we can change it when needed. It also allows us to communicate more easily with the whole staff by utilizing the Work List function. I like that there are so many different features that we can use, such as automatically prompting notes for specific line items, or customizing what the invoices say. Note: If the appointment is 'collapsed' or hidden, click on the line item that starts with " Chart Entry.Overall I find it helpful, but it definitely needs some updating.
